Data we collect

• Contact and identification: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number and the neighborhood or city of the job, provided through this site's form, by email, by phone or in person.
• Job data: property address, measurements, photos, drawings or sketches sent for the preparation of a quote.
• Contract and tax data: full name, CPF or CNPJ and billing address, required for contracts, receipts and invoices.
• Browsing data: IP address, device type, browser and pages visited, logged automatically by the site's hosting provider.

The contact form does not save anything on this site: it only opens the visitor's email program with the message filled in, and the message is sent from the visitor's own email account.

Purposes

• To answer quote requests and schedule site visits;
• To prepare, carry out and follow up on the masonry services contracted;
• To issue quotes, contracts, receipts and invoices;
• To stay in touch about jobs in progress or completed;
• To meet legal, tax and labor obligations;
• To keep this site secure and prevent fraud.

Sharing

• Service providers: accounting, site hosting, email provider and invoicing systems, only to the extent necessary and under confidentiality obligations;
• Material suppliers: the delivery address of the job site, when materials are delivered directly there;

Cookies

Retention

• Quote requests that do not lead to a contract: for as long as needed to reply and for any follow-up from the requester;
• Data from contracted jobs: during execution and for the applicable warranty and limitation periods;
• Tax and accounting documents: for the periods required by law, generally 5 years;
• Data processed on the basis of consent: until consent is withdrawn.

Once these periods end, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

• Confirm whether data is being processed and access it;
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Anonymize, block or delete unnecessary or excessive data;
• Port the data to another provider, upon request;
• Withdraw consent previously given;

The hosting and email services used may keep servers outside Brazil. When that happens, the transfer goes to providers offering a level of protection compatible with the LGPD or under appropriate contractual clauses. This site may link to third-party pages, such as the ANPD portal; this policy does not apply to those sites.
